1. Who We Are

3. The Free Membership Offer

From time to time we offer a free trial membership, such as a 30 day free membership. When that offer is available, the following terms apply:

• The offer is intended for new students who have not previously trained with us, unless we state otherwise.
• Limit one free membership per person, unless we state otherwise.
• The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or combined with other offers.
• Participation may require completing registration and signing a liability waiver before your first class.
• The length and terms of the offer may change at any time, and the offer is subject to availability and to our acceptance.
• We reserve the right to refuse or end the offer for any person at our discretion, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Classes, Waivers, and Assumption of Risk

Martial arts and physical fitness activities involve physical contact and the risk of injury. By participating in our classes or activities, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

• Before participating, you (or your child) must complete registration and sign our liability waiver and release.
• You agree to follow our studio rules, the instructions of our coaches, and all safety guidelines.
• You represent that you (or your child) are in adequate physical condition to participate, and you should consult a physician before beginning any new physical activity.
• We may remove or refuse participation to anyone whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or against our policies.

5. Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms

If you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Source One Karate School at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your participation is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

When using our website, you agree not to:
